Each year Dakota Hospital Foundation recognizes a community member with the Community Health Service award. This year’s Community Health Service award was presented to Matt Lavin. The Community Health Service Award recognizes outstanding contributions of time, talent and resources benefiting the health of the community. We are pleased to present this award every year to someone in the community who we feel encompasses these values.
